They let criminals, drug dealers &druggie s live in their complex, its definitely not a safe environment people are afraid to be out at night because of all the criminal activities going on, my brother was robbed &attached here times, happen 3years ago and recentlyim so disgusted with the lack of security for the innocent individuals that try to call the hell hole homethey need to fix the safety &criminal issue or a lawsuit will be filedI dont recommend this place to live due to safety issues, thank you

It would have been more effective to instal roof flashing and deck ledger board, however with the complaint being filed, Duffy's Design & Contracting will not be doing any further work. As far as the complaint made by [redacted], thee original project we were to fix what we thought was a roof flashing problem, but upon inspection we noticed thee entire roof was shot. I estimated roughly for deck removal and the new roof "G.A.F Liberty totally adhered" $4,800. I was already in contract with [redacted] when the roof came about so I agreed to the reduced price of $3,000. The deck removal went fine, but in the process of doing the roof, we came up against 40% of the roof deck structure had been eroded due to leakage, so it all had to be re-built & a new soffit had to be installed. There was no charge for any of this extra work. In my last discussion with [redacted], I respectfully and kindly asked him to please inform his wife [redacted] of this. I will be going out to the property the week offebruary 23rd-27th to wheather strip both doors and instal the roof flashing.
