Review: On March 25, 2014, I had new glasses ordered for me. When they came in a week later, I went to the dr. and put them on and had the frames adjusted. I told the dr. at that time that I couldn't see clearly with them. he told me to take them home and wear them for 4 weeks to get my eyes to aclimate to them. After 4 weeks, I returned to the dr. and told him that I still couldn't see. New lenses were ordered and the following week I was given them again. I still couldn't see correctly but was told to give it another week. I returned them the following week and asked to get my money back. I was told that a check would be mailed to me. I have since contacted them at least three times and I am told each time that I will have a check mailed to me. They owe me $595.00 for the glasses I returned ($240.00 for frames, $100.00 for arc and $255.00 for the progressive lenses) It has been almost two months since I returned the glasses and can't get my money back.Desired Settlement: I just want my $595.00 returned to me.
