Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have advised DuFresne’s Auto Service company voicemail on 12/22, as they did not answer that I will NOT sign any confidentiality form I was told per Nancy the owner the following (12/21):She will not give me ANY warranty what so ever on the engine they replaced as it has been over days, and she will not release the car to me without signing her confidentiality form.I have been without this car for days and runningI will not accept the engine they have replaced mine with when I cannot have proof that the engine is in excellent shape and DuFresne’s Auto Service will not warranty the engine or their workThe invoice for the oil change from DuFresne’s Auto Service says they warranty parts/service for or 12,miles whichever comes firstThe amount of time that I have been without the car has accrued many other charge’s to myself that I will expect to be all be refundedI would also expect proof that engine is in excellent condition, along with proof of mileage and service recordsProof of any and all work to my car done by DuFresne’s Auto ServiceWarranty on engine and DuFresne’s Auto Service labor warrantyI would also ask why DuFresne’s Auto Service invoices and flyers say they are Revdex.com accredited with an A+? When I search DuFresne’s Auto Service on Revdex.com it says they are NOT accredited
