I contact the customer in this matter 01/26 and at that time I discovered that the customer made her purchase at a different location. I instructed her to call that location and also provided her with email and phone number for the General Manager for that location. I also, sent a email to that...

location's GM in Minneapolis. FYI- our store is is actually located in Newark. Although, we are not independently owned but operated independently. The reason the customer use our location for the complaint was because she was unable to find Minneapolis.
