misinformed about nobody being in charge. I take patient's complaints and comments very seriously. [redacted] office visit experience is not how we want or will treat our patients. We value all of our patients and try to treat all with respect and professionalism. I do thank [redacted] for letting us know that there was an issue at the time of her visit. We will certainly make adjustments at [redacted] to make sure she or any of our patients do not have a bad experience at our office.
