On 4/6/we contracted with Mrxxxxx to have tree work done on our propertyAlthough he has been paid in full, the work is not complete We signed a written contract with Mrxxxxx on 4/6/to have one tree completely taken down and one trees lower limbs trimmedThe tree to be taken down being at the front of our drivewayThe tree to be trimmed is at the other side of our front yard approximately 75' away The contract as written by Mrxxxxx says "Take down large dead oak beside drivewayTake low limbs off other oakLimbs to be put to street for city pick up." $ Mrxxxxx with a crew of two men worked only two hours on 4/6/He claimed that his chainsaw broke and that he needed to get it repairedMr xxxxx then asked to be paid in full so that he could the needed repairs doneTrusting Mr.xxxxx at his word,I paid him in full.(check #xxxxx xxxxx ) Mrxxxxx and crew did not return until 4/,citing several excuses as to why he could not get back to finis
Didn't finish the job, 2-1/weeks to remove a tree, still not done Finish the job or refund the payment please This gentleman apparently had the worst of luck all the time A tire was bad on his trailer, his grandchild had surgery, his daughter had a fever, it was too cold outside, he couldn't lift the wood, his phone was stolen, he had no phone service (even before it was "stolen") We hired this very nice, seemingly legitimate gent to remove a large tree He was courteous, prompt (the first day) and then he wasn't He and his workers came for hours the first day and were impressive! The next day the excuses started and the work stop Two weeks later they finally returned to clean up what they had started promising to be back the next day Four days later we haven't heard from them and the job remains unfinished I realize based on the other complaints here that there will be no resolution but I truly hope NO ONE ELSE makes the mistake of hiring Herb You will be calli
