John Dugger never returns calls and we have been trying for 2 months to have a problem fixed as he promised us. We have met with him once and we all agreed on a fix and he never showed up to do the repair. I WARN YOU PEOPLE this company is the worst, They don't return calls and don't live up to the promise that they guaranteed satisfaction with their work, as soon as they are paid they disappear.
