Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: Each visit was timely for proper maintenance of the auto And it was properly serviced thereafterWhat does this have to do with the need to replace tires after only 23,miles You offered no assistance to me whatsoever then other than excuses as to why the tires were not rotated, the proper replacement tires for discontinued ones, etc I am please to report that Volvo USA is willing to listen and consider

The Volvo Cowned by Ms***, has only been to our service facility four times in 34,miles-1.) 1,miles for a repair, on 3/4/13, 2.) 20,miles for a 20k service on 5/30/14, at such time the tires were within limits with no unusual wear, 3.) 29,miles for a 30k service on
12/3/14, at that time tires were within limits with no unusual tire wear, 4.) 34,miles for a broken headlight washer and missing cover on 2/26/15.The somewhat low profile tires on a fairly heavy convertible, typically last 25-30,miles and an alignment is recommended with new tires
