Review: I signed up for this diet service before getting pregnant. I have tried calling and cancel lingo or the last 6 months since getting pregnant, and they refuse to stop billing. My doctors do not advise any diet plan while pregnant and of course I have not used the service at all since then.Desired Settlement: I would like the billing to stop completely and for a refund for the 6 months that I have been pregnant and medically unable to use their service.

Review: Charged me a monthly fee of $29.95 for more than 1/2 year after I officially cancelled in writing and they agree to it.Desired Settlement: I joined the Dukan Diet program more than a year ago and canceled my membership with the written understanding that I would not be continue to be charged the monthly fee of $29.95. They continue to charge this fee for various months to reach and amount of almost $300 despite my continues communication with them regarding the mistake. After more than a year of talks they reimbursed me $160 and claimed they could not reimburse me the rest because they only keep records of the last 6months of business so I should instead dispute with my credit card. They have known about the charges for a very long time (over a year) and never told me they will not reimburse. Now they tell me this. I think is unethical and misleading and the public should know about this.

Review: I signed up for this diet under false pretense that this was a healthy diet. However, after doing independent research, I found information that was not on the website saying this diet is unhealthy and not generally accepted nor recommended by physicians worldwide. As someone who wants to practice healthy nutrition, I did not want to proceed with this diet, and felt I had been duped.

I had e-mailed customer service through the form on the website many times and never received a response. I emailed them to cancel my account. Meanwhile, they have been billing me approximately $30.00 a month for a service they can see I am not using. It's really unethical to be billing me for a service I haven't been using, and that I have requested multiple times to cancel.

I have finally received responses from their Customer Service team, and they have not helped me at all. Even though I have explicitly said, "CANCEL MY ACCOUNT" multiple times, they are still asking me, "Would you like me to cancel your program?" What is ambiguous about, "CANCEL MY ACCOUNT"? It's pretty clear-cut.

I have also told them that I have been trying to cancel for months, but they don't care. I've also told them why I don't use the service, and that I don't use it, but they still tell me they are going to bill me a bunch of money because that's in their terms, and get this? They even told me that physicians are not always unbiased, and so they think my independent research is moot. This was a scam. Basically a way to rip me off for hundreds of dollars. Very disappointed. The right customer service response would have been to immediately cancel my account and to stop billing me. Honestly, I should even be getting a refund because of this stressful experience and the fact that I HAVEN'T USED this product, as it's not healthy.Desired Settlement: I want my account cancelled. I want them to stop billing me. And I would appreciate a refund.
