I had my first appointment on July 22, 2020 at 9 a.m. At this time blood was drawn & I was told to return in a week so that the NP could review the lab work & decide which therapy would be best for me. I returned on July 30, 2020 and met with the NP. She told me that my best option was "Pellet therapy", and she reviewed my bloodwork, focusing on various levels and what type of hormone therapy I would benefit from. I informed the NP that I would call them later that day and schedule my appointment for the pellets. I called approximately 1 hour later and left a message. I called again 2 hours later and left another message attempting to schedule an appointment. They never returned my call, no follow up at all. I also did not have all the lab work that was listed (I was charged $130) as reportedly the blood had clotted. I found this entire process to be extremely unprofessional, and I would like a refund for the lab work.
