Obviously it was not fixed because I had the engine light appear one day after it left the shop, and for the same reason as to my complaint, When a customer has to come back to your place of business and say "Hey uh the car is still having a really bad jerking sensation and you didn't fix it it, it needs to go back, and pushed the responsibility of the customer to call Dodge of *** to figure out what is going wrong with the car is messed up. Dodge of *** willingly admits that they did not fix it and advised Drakes Auto that more time and further examination was needed So NO you DID NOT fix the problemHence the second visit that Drakes Auto personally called in and set for me and now all of a sudden its not your problem?? How does that work
Please be advised that Drake Auto Sales paid to have the car fixed the first time. As evidenced by the initial report from [redacted] department, the car was repaired and running fine. Any future repairs are the responsibility of the customer which may or may not be covered under the customer's extended warranty. We handled her initial problem and at that point, we are no longer responsible for any repairs that may transpire in the future, as she bought the vehicle “As Is”. Thank You Drake Auto Sales.

rental for the customer for a week and we paid [redacted] Service Department for the repairs at no cost to the customer. Please see the attached invoice from the service department stating that repairs were made and the service technician test drove the unit after repairs and stated “Test drove fine afterwards” Please also note that the customer also purchased an extended vehicle service contract from the lender.
