I am rejecting this response because: the seller advertised that the soil was a screened mixture of top soil and mushroom soil We can find no evidence of any mushroom soil added to the soil we receivedTo further clarify the only profanity that was used was with the seller's graphic description of the definition of the reason mushroom soil formed by the level of horse urineAs a remedy, we asked for a replacement with the quality soil that was advertised We feel the soil that was delivered was not a a combination of the two soils Seller claims he has a better soil but we did not order itFYI we had the soil tested and the ph level did not require any adjustment Adding lime to the soil is not the issue
It is true that I hung up on the seller only after there was no consideration to our concerns that we did not receive soil that was advertised and the fact that plants were dying in the soilPlease note we have been gardening for over years We wanted to make the Revdex.com aware that we feel the seller misrepresented the product sold and made no effort to reconcile on any level only to lecture me on what is mushroom soil and what is not
Finally without and remedy, at minimum, We wanted to have on record this issue so that others would be aware of the problems we encountered with this sellerI appreciate your involvement with the issue

Review: Seller advertised on [redacted] selling screened topsoil mixed with mushroom soil. After delivery on 6/14/2014 and use in our garden we complained that all plants are dying. 9/3/14 Seller alleged he disclosed prior to delivery his soil was too acidic for for gardens and that we should not buy. This statement is not true. We learned 9/3/14 that the top soil is scrapped from the woods and mixed with mushroom soil. Seller alleges that his soils is acidic due to the amount of "horse piss" (his words). Knowing this information, where the soil came from and the fact it is not sutible for gardens, we would not have purchased the soil. Seller refused to remedy the situation by refunding the price of the soil and removing the soil. Our complaint is multi layered. First, the ad on craigs list is misleading portraying selling top soil from a farm. Second, what health concerns are ther utilizing this soil for growing food. Seller alleges that if we paid an additional "$25/yard we would have received the good stuff". We are pridedful in our organic gardens and it is upseting to be misled and deceived by the seller.Desired Settlement: Delivery of an equal amount of screened topisoil from a farm field(not the woods) mixed with aged composted mushroom soil (the good stuff) and $100 compensation for labor to remove the previous soil.
