Duke's Tire Service

I purchased brand new tires at the establishment AugI paid with cash to avoid extra feesWhen I picked up my vehicle my tire pressure of my back tires was 42- way too much but I didn't complain about it since it was an easy fixHowever, I have been driving my car the last weeks and it has been making a squeaking noise since I called and scheduled an appt to have my vehicle checked today since the noise was worse and my car seemed to be shaking affecting the driving abilityThe auto shop had to do a diagnostic test to determine the problem and it was determined that 4/lug nuts were loose on the back left tireI called the owner at Duke's about minutes ago and explained the issue to see if he would allow a form of reimbursement for the tire/ or for the diagnostic fee but he was very rude and said He will not pay for the fee of the diagnostic test or any reimbursement for the tireAt this point I'm angry with the customer service at Dukes and I do feel they cause
