Review: I took my car to Duke's Auto to have it repaired after the repairs were complete I was told I could pick it up on Monday 6/13/16 but when I went to the business it was closed with a notice saying they'd be closed until 8am on 6/13/16 which was hours before I arrived. I called the number on the notice and didn't receive an answer. I kept calling and when I finally received an answer the owner was rude and hung up the phone when I tried to figure out when I could pick up my car.

I returned on 6/14/16 to find the business still closed and no answer when I called the number on the temporary closing notice. My car is my sole form of transportation and the absence is affecting my ability to work.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to pick up my car as soon as possible.
