The services offered by Dukes Creek are always top notch! All of the staff members are friendly and always willing to help I have used the boat repair, boat launching, storage, camping, and shopped at the store for over years and will continue to come back! The family at Dukes Creek is wonderful!

Rented 2 24' pontoon boat yesterday from 9-5:30 pm. This is my first time renting a boat so nothing really to compare the experience with. The boats were in good condition only minor damages were noted. Leather seats were in good condition. I thought the radio/cd players which were compatible with the 9 teenage boys i-phones who were with us was enough to keep all of them engaged while we cruise around the lake.
The 2 star rating is coming from the customer service experience we had yesterday. I have been in customer service for 26 years and the person who took care of us was not there to provide any form of quality customer service. The general feeling that we had was that the individual was there to provide you with a boat period. I over heard the same person telling a customer over the phone with an irritated tone of voice that there are no more boats available for that day. Bec. of how it maybe one of their busier days, In my head I was going to give this individual the benefit of a doubt. The other rude things done and said will make this comment too long.
We pulled in roughly an hour earlier than scheduled. After we checked the boats in, we brought in some of the leftover food we brought with us that we did not finish and decided to eat them at the little pavilion with picnic tables outside the convenience store they have. This same person came out of the store and started telling us that this is not a picnic area. I just have to say that this is about 5:30 in the afternoon and there is no one else waiting to use the picnic tables. We have no plans of staying there for a long time and we all are tired as well. This was the last straw. This person was definitely successful in leaving a bad taste in our mouth concerning our over all experience in the place.
Our friends daughter was just here about a month ago and recommended this place for the price. Bec. of this experience, I think I will be open to checking out the other places even if I have to pay a little bit more money.
