I have had Duke's come out to my house 5-6 times over the 17+ years we've lived in our home. They always show up when they say they will and are always courteous and friendly. Importantly I NEVER feel like I am being ripped off. One occasion the issue with my unit was that it had too much coolant in it. The tech removed the correct amount and did not charge me at all because they can reuse the coolant!
The last few times [redacted] has been the technician that showed up and he is GREAT. He is happy to answer questions and explain what he's doing the whole time.
I recommend Duke's to everyone who asks me and will continue to do so!","pos-1
