Dukes Plumbing Heating and Air

Had clogged plumbing called Dukes plumbing to come out and clean, they did (I paid ) 30 days later it still had the same problem called Dukes plumbing to come out again and do it properly ,they wanted to charge us again ,did not have them come out, called new plumber had it done ,New plumber went under the house the way dukes plumbing was supposed ! Dukes plumbing went up on the roof and left wood particles in The pipes , and drain remained clogged ask Dukes plumbing to come out and do it properly they said our warrantee was over it was overdue by three or four days they wanted us to pay for them to come out again , another $175.00Desired SettlementI had to pay the new plumber $180 to clean up the mess dukes plumbing left. Unpon arrival [redacted] had suguested we crawel underneath his house and run the machine through a cleanout that is located approx 15 feet away from the crawel space opening. I informed him that we could not run our machine through that cleanout for 2 reasons, 1st it is very un healthy because as soon as we remove the pressureized cleanout cap from underneath,all the raw sewage from the stoppage such as fecal matter toilet paper would leak undernath the house and get us contamantied by it. #2 It is also a saftey concern that the snake would and could bind up and could cause serious injury to us do to the tight space we would have been in. I informed [redacted] that we could not and would not run our machine through there and I recommened we dig up the front yard and install a new proper 2 way cleanout to properly and professionally clean his sewer pipe. He said he knows he needs one but for now he needs the line cleared, I offered to run our snake machine through a safer and cleaner way by snaking it through his roof vent in which we have done thoudsands of time with out any major mess of raw sewage. we did complete the job and pulled out heavy amounts of roots and again I highly recoomended to dig up sewer and install a new 4" two way cleanout and [redacted] refused. I informed them that there sewer line is broken and needs to be replaced and [redacted] said they are aware of this and they have plumbers snake out the line a few times a year because its alot cheaper then replaceing there sewer line. So I said ok and I wrote in our invoice dated 9-19-2013 #[redacted] it states we pulled out roots and highly recommend to install a proper 2 way cleanout in front of house to allow for future stoppage cleaning and I also stated verbally and wrote NO WARRANTY on staoppage. I am concern that this issuse has come to this and I would like to help fix the sewer problem by properly digging up the sewer line and replaceing it with a new one and installing a proper 2 way cleanout. Customer has a huge tree infront of house and this will be a ongoing problem for them and it will not ever be fixed if we dont replace sewer line complete. If ** & [redacted] would like a estimate for a cleanout or sewer replacement I would be happy to provide one to them. Thank you and I am verry sorry its gone to this complaint. we stand by what we do and if there was a warranty we would have honored it but we informed them that there was no warranty on the stopppage and [redacted] called us on Saturday 10-26-2013. We do not have the problem once or twice a year that was never stated what was said was every five years. We did not refuse having the line run from the street we needed the problem fixed at that time that sewage was coming up in our hub and in our shower we told him we would think about having it done in the future !!
