Review: Gave Duke a pair of shoes to resole in early April and was told to pick them up in three days. Have been back to pick them up at least ten times, and the store is never open. His phone is off the hook and there's no note on the door. I see from [redacted]! that this has happened to a lot of people. I hate to diss this guy - his name is the same as my father's - but I want my shoes back.Desired Settlement: I just want my shoes.
