Duke's Tailor

Had 8 shirts tailored. The shirts are ruined, they won't refund or replace shirts. I had eight shirts tailored at the shop. The quality was horrible and the tailor at [redacted] stated the shirts were ruined. One of the cuffs was not reattached and all of the seams were falling apart. Desired SettlementRefund of $208 alteration fee and the cost to replace all of the shirts which is about $500+Business Response We did alterations on 8 shirts Mr. [redacted]. Our tailors did the fixing according to Mr. [redacted] asked during intial fitting. The shirts is not ruined. The shirts Mr. [redacted] complaints when he bring back to our tailor and they were alter again to Mr. [redacted] satisfaction. Our tailors works many hours on the shirts. Our store policies are no refund.
