The owner was extremely rudeHe never returned my calls regarding an order that was placed 1/weeks ago for a basic piñataI was told he would contact me when the order was ready for pick upSo since he never called, I had to drive minutes just to check if my order was ready, he had different piñatas ready but none of them was the piñata I orderedHe never called me to let me know because he said he doesn't bother to call for such small orders, that he prefers to put his time and energy on BIG party orders insteadThat it isn't worth his time and attentionHe immediately offered me a refund with no care in the world after he gave me a choice between the piñatas I had not orderedHe didn't care if I was disatisfied, it was clear he didn't want to waste his time on my "small" order that cost me $for a single piñata without the hitting stick! It was offensive to me when he said "small order" because HE doesn't know if we only had enough money to pay for that "small order"and didn't bother buying the hitting stick for another $for that reasonNo RESPECT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so everHe also said that if I was interested in the one that wasn't complete, that I would have to wait outside until 5pm til he gets it done! What!! I asked why couldn't I wait inside and he said " because I dont like your attitude"Just because I told him that he had BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEI didn't have time to order another piñata and I didn't want to deal with another company so I grabbed one that he had and that I didn't order then just leftBut told him that I would NEVER buy from him again! BAD, BAD PLACE! DO NOT RECOMMEND, EVER!

So since he never called, I had to drive 35 minutes just to check if my order was ready, he had 3 different piñatas ready but none of them was the piñata I ordered. He never called me to let me know because he said he doesn't bother to call for such small orders, that he prefers to put his time and energy on BIG party orders instead.
