** *** bought a *** Rabit on March 06- from Dulles auto sales Inc, was sold it to him " AS IS ' After about three weeks later from the sold date he called me and he said that he bought four new tires for his vehicle online and he all ready replaced it and because of Maryland inspector can not pass the inspection do to the tires condition , First we as a VIRGINIA DEALERS are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MARYLAND INSPECTIONS, second He all ready replaced the tires before to bring it back to the Virginia inspector AND SHOW IT TO HIM THAT how did he passed these tires with this condition, Dulles auto sales is not responsible for the inspector job that how does he pass or fail any inspections, He is not our inspector only, He does inspection for every body in VA , I called back on the next day when ** *** even do I sold the car to him AS IS' and I told him to bring me the tires and I will take it and show it to the inspector the one who passed the inspection for your vehicle On the day when he brought me the tires I paid him 50% for what he paid and installed for his new tires even that we were not responsible for his new tires or how the VA INSPECTOR PASSED THE INSPECTION, This was the inspector responsibility ,When I went to the inspector shop and I show it to him the tires, soon is he saw the tires he did not believe me or him that these tires are belong to that *** Robit, HE told me why these tires are not on the vehicle that your customer complaining about .were is the vehicleI told him the vehicle has new tires now and it is in Maryland he just walk away . AT THE END HE SHOULD GO AFTER THE VA INSPECTOR NOT AFTER Dulles AUTO SALES, we did him a favor that we paid him half of his total coast of his new tires just for the customer satisfaction, Thank you for your Time and understanding

If they was serious to buy this car, they could place a deposit before coming so we could hold it for them as most people, the customer decide that not us, we sell these car here on first come first served servicethe reason they are unhappy because they lost a good deal to some one ells that they are not able to find again, so they should not blame us.

This is my final reply to this business because it is clear they do not actually read the details of the submitted complaints; that is why I am rejecting this response: it has nothing to do with the complaint.  The business, once again, has decided that they would rather blame their customers for their poor service rather than do anything to correct their issues.  As such there can be no resolution to the issue.

According to the  customer that he called us after the complain was filed And that " it was the DMV mistake and misunderstanding from the customer side" and at the end of telephone call he thanked us for our service that we provided and he was satisfied.

The 2002 [redacted] was sold the night before 07/22/2015, we removed it the next day 07/23, however this person that came here late this morning 07/23/2015, did not call prior coming as customers normally do to find out if the a car they look for still available. we even tried to...

find identical car from another with a lot lower mileage, of course its price higher, some people always complain no matter what.Thanks.
