Thank you for your letter regarding [redacted] 's medical account concernsWe have tried to contact [redacted] via phone (left a message) and through email at [redacted] @***.com from the contact information provided by your letterI have verified that we have received payment from *** [redacted] for her outstanding balance and [redacted] 's account has not been sent to collections, therefore her credit will not/is not affectedIf you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me
