Was charged $442 for tax filing when I was led to believe I was paying what I owed on federal taxes.
t. The outrageous cost was never properly provided to me or I would have never agreed to proceed. I only reached out to a expert after filing with turbo tax and breaking even between federal and state returns.
I trusted this company to file my taxes and they seemed to be on my side. I don't make a lot of money but ended up owing the government money at the end of the year which is why I turned to an expert. They told me that I would get back $426 which was a God send. They said I would owe the federal government $3 and requested my card information to pay. I gladly gave them the information and awaited my $426 check from my tax return. I received my return but then also received a charge of $442 from Dulniak. I called the representative that I had worked with and she said it was my fault for giving my card information to her without knowing what all my card was being charged for. I would like a refund of the total amount or of an amount the would leave me paying a fair amount for services rendered.
Dulniak Has offered to refund me a portion of the money if I close the complaint and I am willing to do so. Thank you for helping quickly resolve this issue.
They did my taxes and screwed up to where I owe $1,800 to the government. This company did a lot of taxes for people at my previous job. While researching further, I see reviews similar to mine where they have been forging returns. To make matters worse, they are charging a higher amount for services upfront. Please look into this practice

Refund I would like a refund and for them to fix their mistakes. My family is on a tight income since my wife is disabled. I feel that they are ripping more people off and getting away with it.
Our client, ***, informed us that he recieved an IRS notice in regards to unreported social security for his spouse. Due to the unreported income, it generated $1,778 in additional tax along with $90 in interest that has grown on the principal amount of tax. Tax accountant Amanda Ceballos told the client the error was unintentional and that our firm will send him a check for the $90 interest and penalties, but he is responsible for the principal tax due, which is standard procedure in our industry.
