Review: I dropped my car at this business on 05/**/2013 because of Oil Leak (when engine Running, there was no leak sitting idle.). They gave me an estimate of $400 or so, which I approved over the phone... when I went in there to pick up the car they charge me $527 (gave me no receipt). Soon after I got my car back I reported [redacted] (owner) that the engine is making some noise. [redacted] asked me drop the car again and they will look into it. That evening when I went to get my car back and now I see the driver side Visor is broken has holes in it and cloth is all ripped. not sure what exactly was he doing. but after I talked to [redacted] he said the already have ordered the new visor, come back next week and he will replace it. when called next week he said his guy is taking too much time, and asked me to go the [redacted] dealer and buy it and he will give me the money....I called the dealer and then told [redacted] that dealer is asking $250 or something for the new visor.. He told me not to buy it from the dealer they are always expensive, he will find it from somewhere else or me, It's been going on for almost 3 weeks.Last week, he told me he is not sure when will find the replacement visor, so keep checking with him every week...I am not sure where is he trying to find the visor from.So now after 3 weeks or so.... I have a car with Engine noise and a Visor with holes in it.I want someone to please resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: AS I am trying to get the Car Engine Noise Fixed and the Driver side Visor replaced but at the same time I am not sure If am comfortable with the Same guy working on my car anymore.If possible, then I would like to get the issues fixed either from the dealer or from some other shop.
