The Billing depart didn't do it job, they tell me and my wife to pay the doctor visit up full and when they call the insurance they will return the money but they never call the insurance and bill the insurance and after that they also send another bill and we have call our insurance they said they haven't receive any bill from the doctor office also when we call the doctor office the lady working there said that they can't call our insurance. I want them to give me a clear explanation of why they can't contact my insurance and I can every time I call it, seem like they are trying to fraud me.
Explanation of Charges i wish the doctor could give me a clear explanation why i have insurance and i have to pay the full amount for doctor visit and i have call my insurance said they will cover and this place is in there network.
