There was no notification made of the additional disclosure fee by the Management Trust until after the fact by a separate Escrow OfficerIt took several attempts both phone calls and emails to escalate before reaching the Controller who simple responded with a standard and canned email, which is simply disrespectful for a company that touts employee ownership, compassion, and customer service I am not aware of any Arizona Statute that allows an organization to charge a fee without just cause or notification
