Review: This company is charging me an appointment fee where I cancelled due to insurance coverage issues, of which the dentist and the receptionist failed to cancel in their database. I have already paid them $70.00 knowing not that it was an appointment fee of which the office told me it was an insurance fee. I spoke to the insurance and apparently they paid all which was due. I received a letter explaining to me that it was appointment fee. I need my money backDesired Settlement: Remove from collection Agency ASAP
