Dumpster Dan Sanitation

Response: I am no longer in charge of this company. When the customer called to say was moving the information got lost during the change over of the company. When the lady called back to find out where her refund was that was when we were able to get her information to send her a refund. She was... sent a refund. This company has been in business since 2002. It is pretty sad that you can give wonderful service the whole time they were a customer with no complaints. But as soon as a small mistake happens then you are just a horrible company. I don't understand the logic. Please pass this on to Mrs. [redacted] as we no longer have any of her information. New management since 4/1/17. We have always had a excellent reputation that is why we are the #1 residential company in our area. For just having a one month refund her comments were a little harsh. We do have an office we are not run out of a home. No the owners phone number is not given out to customers. We have several thousand customers. So just as with any company there is a process. Sorry she had to wait a little longer than she was told, but her assumptions are unfounded and extremely unfair. For future reference I am not the contact person. There is still a Dumpster Dan Sanitation, but not a Dumpster Dan Sanitation LLC.
