Dumpster Rental Enterprises

I rented from Dumpster Rental Enterprises and spoke to co-owner *** on the phone on March 23,2020 where an agreement was made for a rental on a 15 yard dumpster for $533.36. The charge was made that same day and the dumpster was delivered on March 30,2020 upon agreement. The invoice order states that I would have the dumpster for six days. Today April 13,2020 I received a call from *** stating that they would pick up the dumpster. It was followed by a charge of $540.00 to my debit card. When I contacted him in regards to this bill he stated that I had the dumpster for more days than agreed because I failed to call him to pick it up. He also stated that it's all in the contract. I reviewed said contract and nowhere within the contract or order invoice does it state that I need to call to have the dumpster picked up, to which I let him know. He then proceeded to tell me that it was all my responsibility to call. I was not informed of this and did not read it anywhere in the contract or order invoice. *** was informed I would be moving on Friday and that he could pick up said dumpster on Saturday at anytime. When I told him I would be contacting an attorney to review the contract he told me the contract was written by an attorney and that ? the advice he would give me was that I would waste more money on a lawyer so to just leave it alone? and he 'should sue me for everything I got because he lost money'.
