Hello,My Office is an equal opportunity housing officewe have logo's on windows and advertising at all timesI have been a Realtor for over yearsa Broker for 2-yrs Never that I know of have I had a complaintOur office policy requires us to verify income and previous rental info before we show to possible applicantsWe are Property Management and Sales Office so we cannot go and show to people that are not qualified income by times the amount of rent(this is an industry standard)after we show we then take the 30$ credit check application fee for further review we do not discriminate we have a wide range of clients in our office [redacted] and her daughter only showed her [redacted] income and a check from a trust account, she also showed her daughters info that was a negative income All we asked for, was her last years of W-2's to prove trust incomeand to tell you, all our clients normally give SS#'s and she didn't want to and I told her that was okbut she needed to get us the w-and black out those #'s, but that we would need them in the end if she wanted the home We told her time and again our policy and it did not change and she was not happy about it...Not at any time did we speak harshly or rudely, just matter of factually we did ask her to not talk to us rudely when she didn't get a different answer on the phone today and she was getting nasty to us [redacted] 3:pm 10/01/came to my office with a recording devise she did not ask my permission to record me she asked for an appointment to see [redacted] and /or for her info back I let her know we are an equal opportunity business and rent to all nationalities and that we require the same information from all parties, it is our office policy to request it up front I reminded her that as a Broker that I am required to hold copies of anything that comes into our office for 3-years and handed over her originals(She voluntarily left her information originally ..for us to review)she proceeded to tell me that her lawyer is involvedI told her that I did disclose to her and her daughter that we needed to keep copies in our office for 3-years, she was trying to get combative with me and then I asked her to leave We are including her info so you can see that she did not qualifythe trust check is not enough...Sincerely [redacted] [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] has not given me a time frame for this solution. When will she get this done? And will she stop sharing my information without my consent?
