My heater stopped working New Year's Eve. I contacted a well advertised company and was told my furnace needed to be replaced for $17,000-$19,000 or repaired for $3000-$5000. A good friend recommended Mr. Dunbar for another opinion. I called Mr. Dunbar, he came out the next day and he fixed my heater, tested the system, and said a new furnace was not needed at this time. His rates are very reasonable without any hidden fees. Contact his company for an honest opinion.
