contracted with Everdry to fix their foundationWe were attempting to find a loan to fund their project On the 31st, Ms*** called our offices to discuss the funding and heard an automated response from the telephone company that stated our number was "out of service Ms*** interpreted this message as Everdry went out of business With our company holding their deposit, Ms*** contacted the Revdex.com to register a complaint and wanted a refund of their deposit.I called Ms*** immediately on October and explained that a wind storm knocked out our phone lines We worked hard to get the lines back and running Ms*** was understanding of our phone issues We have since refunded Ms***'s deposit We hope this covers all concerns.*** ***
