Stay away from this company! Negative! Low ball appraising by inexperienced appraisers. Non comparative properties were used for comparative properties. The value is way more than the county's real market value. Real estate brokers also say this. Yet the appraisal on the property value was about the same as five years ago and 122,876 below the county's current real market value of 797,876. So, according to this appraisal, the property did not gain value in 5 years in Eugene, OR?? This is prime development property right on Willamette St. near 20th. It currently has a duplex and 2 other houses. The appraisal is a joke! It was sloppily and hastily done! The appraisal office will not respond to my calls and emails.
