We recently had our furnace serviced during a very cold spell.
When we called Tradesman, the owner walked us through some troubleshooting first in order to determine whether or not to dispatch a technician.
When the technician arrived he was very professional and efficient.
We would highly recommend this company for fast and reliable service!
Made an appointment to have a technician come out and quote me a price for some ductwork I need done. They gave me a 3 hour window for the technician to show up. After waiting for 3 hours and no one calling or showing up I call them and was told that the technician was just getting his stuff ready and would be there within the hour. Wasted my time for nothing so I would not recommend the company for any work.
I contacted Tradesman as I had water leaking from the bottom of my furnace when A/C on and unable to to correct as hi efficiency furnace and didn't want to play around with. Had checked the condensation pump and it was working but water not getting there.
Prior to arriving, the tradesman (Mike) phoned with a possible solution, plugged A/C hose at back of furnace and patiently walked me through checking. That was the problem and it was not necessary for him to come out and I avoided an expensive service call.
Thank you Mike. That is the best advertising action that a company can get and I will use this company in the future for sure.

We purchased a new energy efficient furnace from them 4 years ago and they have serviced our unit every year since.
This year we had a problem with a module and there was a dispute as to whether this fix was under warranty.
Tradesmen respected their warranty and had it fully fixed in less than a day.

BTW We talked my brother in law (who is fiercely competitive and demanding) into purchasing his new furnace from them, and he is totally satisfied with their work.
Had Mike and Ed here on June 7 to change the furnace from having a basket filter to a slide in filter. I liked that they took their shoes off at the door and introduced themselves. We proceeded to the furnace room which is on our balcony as we live in an apartment condo. They looked at what needed to be done and got to work. I found them to be very efficient and friendly. After the job was finished they showed me how to slide in the new filter and what size to buy. I also asked if they do furnace cleaning and Mike told me they did. I will be contacting you in the fall to do the fall cleaning for the winter.

The sales representative was extremely helpful in help resolve some stale air and winter heating issues. The installers were extremely professional and completed additional electrical work and duct work to our complete satisfaction. When Hydro came to inspect the work, the representative said you could tell when an installation was done with care. They were not the least expensive quote, but in the end we are very pleased with the sale and installation.
