I am unfamiliar with gas appliances, so Jorge took the time to
educate me on the safety issues and how to operate all the appliances,
even the fireplace insert I was prepared to add valves on the gas supply
lines, when all I needed was a little education
While they were there I found a couple unrelated bathroom plumbing issues,
they were prepared, so they completed those jobs as well
ALL in an Extremely Reasonable time
They left, and you never knew they where there You know what I mean
I didn't have to clean up AFTER the contractor left
They have taken care of my parents' EMERGENCY's, 24/ For years
So even after (both) Parents have died, I'm a 2nd generation customer

I had an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to take care of it the same day by putting me on standby for the day and squeezing me in between scheduled appointments Melanie made the appointment happen and Nui came out to do the work He was very helpful and educated me on different options to resolve my issue and prevent future issues He went above and beyond what I expected

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Duncan Plumbing. Jenny was cheerful and helpful when she took the call. Enrique arrived 30 minutes later, quickly assessed the problem, and quickly made the repairs. He was competent and professional in every detail. Three hours after my call, the repairs were complete and the water was on again.
We live in the Live Oak neighborhood and have used Duncan Plumbing on a number of small projects. The office staff is courteous and responsive and the field technicians have all been friendly and knowledgable. Perhaps because they are local, doing business with them has always been hassle-free. They always seem like they care and have the flexibility to address our needs in a way that works for us.

Nui from Duncan Plumbing provided excellent customer service this morning. He replaced our toilet tank valve and flapper unit. He is customer focused. Before entering our home he put foot protectors over his shoes to protect our wooden floors. He was very neat in replacing our toilet tank valve and flapper unit. He is very personable and it is always a pleasure to have him at our home providing plumbing services. We highly recommend Nui and Duncan Plumbing.

I bought an older home in Capitola last year. Being that it is over 50 years old it has had a few maintenance issues. Nobody is ever pumped up to spend money on fixing things you can't even see. BUT I would have to say that Duncan plumbing has made me feel very well cared for in every experience.
Jacguie is always sweet, kind and professional on the phone. She gets her tec's Nui or Eric out to my house promptly.

Nobody is excited about having plumbing problems. But Duncan definitely rescued me from a terrible situation. Toilet was backed up, shower was backed up on a Friday and it's only a 1 bathroom home.
The service was amazing and the tech Nui was knowledgeable, fast, professional and just a very sweet man. I would recommend if you need a plumber you can trust that you go with Duncan and you ask for Nui as your technician!
