I have used Duncan plumbing twice one time for my own home and one for my rental home. I was completely satisfied both times with the work that was done, the promptness of getting the jobs done, the politeness of the employees and their reasonable costs. They don't charge by the hour like most plumbing companies, they charge by the job and I appreciate that! I will continue to use Duncan plumbing

I knew I had a slab leak and had been investigating it for several months. The thought of the traditional repair was not something I looked forward to, both in cost and the mess. I talked with Mike Duncan on the phone and he came out promptly and in short order confirmed we had a leak. We ordered a line and leak location service. Once that was completed I was provided an estimate for a main water supply service pipe reroute overhead. The repair took a day and a half with a small amount of drywall removal. The techs we professional and Mike came by for a follow up to make sure everything was good. If you have a slab leak don't panic, call Duncan Plumbing Solutions.

Professional technicians but the hour they were here they changed out one outdoor faucet and charged my wife $450. Not an emergency call, just standard charge. Ridiculous!

Thank you for calling Duncan Plumbing. I can't tell you how much I wish you would have called to discuss any problems you had with our pricing or questions about the repairs before positing a review. Many companies rely on reviews and in this case I really believe yours is quite unfair. This was not a standard faucet repair. The reason your hose bibb cost $450 is because it was broken in the wall and they had to cut through brick/sheetrock, which incurs extra charges. He was there 2.5 hours working, which is also, not standard. Whenever services are involved, smart buyers know that the best plumbers are not a commodity. You can't just interchange one pulse for another. You get what you pay for and good plumbing isn't cheap just like cheap plumbing isn't good. We have been voted best in Ellis Co 3 years in a row, we are an Angie's List & Next Door favorite many years and have many 5 star reviews.
