We paid this supplier in advance for products we are currently selling
UPS was tardy in delivering some of the product and there was a misunderstanding with the supplier as to whether or not we were shorted
Now this supplier wants to hold our product ransom until we pay them for their time to ship the product that we paid for back to us
Unethical way of conducting business !!
On June 5th Gordon W*** came to my home to provide a bid to remove bats from my atticHe charged $and was paidHe did not offer a written bid or a receiptHe did say it would be between $and $to do the jobHe said his work would result in the bats all being gone from my attic, he would seal the perimeter to prevent re-entry and he would purchase and install two bat houses on trees away from the houseOn June he did come and spent approximately hours working on the outside of the houseWhen I said I was going to town he asked me to get cash from the bank while I was thereHe charged $1825.00, I paid him and he said he would email me a receiptTwo days later I started reminding him I still wanted a receiptThen I realized I still had bats in the attic and called to ask him what I should doI didn't know if there was just one that might die up there or moreI then realized there was at least one place he did not seal that they were freely moving i
In early September we contacted this business because we were having trouble with an animal digging up our front lawn and with raccoons in our backyard On 9/3/I wrote a check for $to the business (they demanded payment up front) Two traps were placed in our backyard The agreement was that any animals that were trapped would be removed After a week, nothing had been trapped so the business showed up to remove the traps without talking to us I contacted the owner (Gordon W***) to inform him that we were still having holes dug in the front lawn and asked him if he intended to place any traps out front He said he would do that, but it might be a while before he got back to this area More than a month has passed I've contacted him again and the only response I've gotten is that we're "on a list" In other words, we still have no promise of a specific date for traps being placed
