Business States she had problems with her wheels a couple thousand miles after we worked on her vehicleShe authorized the invoice that showed that the wheels were unsafe to drive because of the spacers, and once I pointed this out to her she was cool with it and understoodOut of courtesy we
replaced her rotor for her and she seemed satisfied

*** ***, Knowingly dropped his car off for service with no gas in it(Fuel Gauge below the empty line) It is clearly posted in our front office that your car MUST have fuel in it or there will be a 35.00$ labor plus fuel charge !! Our technicians have to road test the car to
diagnos the problem and verify our repairs. Our technicain started the car and backed out of the parking space, only to have it stall (from no fuel) blocking the entire complex's parking lotThe technician quickly ran to the shop and grabbed our shop gas and added it to the carWe then were able to find the issue with the brakes the customer wanted repairedWe repaired the brakes, but as part of our regular procedure had to road test the car to verify our repairs were correct and working goodThe technician stopped at the local service station and added about gallons of fuel. We did NOT charge the customer the 35.00$ labor charge, but did ATTEMPT to charge for the fuel we added to his carThe customer then complained that we used "low octane fuel" instead of the "high octane fuel" he beleives his car requiresWe explained that the little amount of "Minoctane fuel" we added would not hurt his carAnd that if he were to add the high octane fuel that would dilute the small amount we added to a higher octane.Or buy a small bottle of octane booster (8.00$) would solve his concernIn hopes of making him happy we credited his bill the fuel cost PLUS 30.00$ so he could add more fuel or buy the octane booster. The customer then returned a day later complaining he wanted more cashAnd stated that another $cash would make him happyIn hopes of having a happy customer we agreed to give him the additional CASH but he would have to sign a reciept saying he was satisfied*** refused to sign and recieve the extra 50.00. The small amount of fuel we had to add to his car will NOT cause damge to his engineNo further payments or refunds will be given

I am rejecting this response because:I do not agree with what Duncans automotive has said They put the wrong type of gas in my car against the manufacturers recommendation I did not knowingly drop off the car with no gasI know there was enough gas in the vehicleThey are responsible for putting the wrong gas in my carDuncans is not being honest
