Horrible customer serviceThey do not return phone calls and do not follow up on promisesThey installed a fireplace for me in AprilThey were asked to work with my contractor to install the fireplace to leave adaquate space for the facing materials being usedI had to have them come back out because faceplate wouldn't fit after facing was installed (and they knew the materials to be used)They did come out and fix it about a week laterNow, I've been calling since June (it's now August) because after power went out the fireplace no longer has power going to itNot a problem in summer but I want it fixed (preferably before winter)IF someone answers their phone, they tell me they will have someone call me backI have yet to get a callCall a company that actually cares about their customersThis one doesn't
