We had three employees who heard me offer to repair the damaged area after the attempt to repair did not workChaney's Collision will repair the areas of concern but will not pay another shop for the repair, the estimator that talked to the customer did pre warn him of the possibility of damageChaney's Collision is a professional business we service approximately clients a month and have an outstanding customer satisfaction standing in the community we would "Not" jeopardize this for one customer and such a minor repairThe customer can contact Tabitha or Alfonso to have the issue resolved when ever he is ready.?

This customer was very rude and yelling foul language at the repair shop mentioned, we were trying very hard to keep him at bay and make him happyWe did attempt to repair the paint issues but was unsuccessful so we offered to repaint the areas he refused and said he was taking it the dealership he
purchased it from and was going to make us pay for the repairChaney's Collision is a very respectable Auto-body Repair Shop we strive to make all of customer 100% Completely Satisfied, we have an outstanding customer satisfaction record with all our clients and Insurance PartnersWe attempted to take care of his issues he just wanted to argue and cause a sceneAt his point we are not interested in helping this customer any further than we have alreadyWe understand this is a new vehicle that is why we tried to make it right for him sometime you just can't help people.If he wants to work with us he will need to be more accommodating.

We contacted the customer regarding her complaint and apologize for the uncomfortable feeling she got while she was at our Glendale StoreI also spoke with the Manager Roque about the situation he explained he was extremely busy but didn't feel as though he was rude in anyway to ***Roque told
me that he really nee to have the truck disassemble to write a complete estimate and he did try to explain to her the estimate would be incomplete if this didn't happenDuring my conversation with *** she told me she had some estimates from other store and didn't understand why Roque wanted to take the damage parts off her vehiclePlease note this is a "Standard Operation" we practice to help reduce the amount of supplement money spent by the Insurance Companies during the repair process.I asked *** if we could have the chance to redeem ourselves she told me they are considering not repairing but would ask her Boyfriend, she thanked me for returning the call and hearing her concerns she really just wanted someone to know how she felt

They did not give me the option to repaint the damage they didThe manger said they would not be responsible to repaint the damaged area'sHe also said that this could happen after the fact, No warning at all before the work was doneIt was an unprofessional job done& for the 100% costumer satisfactionThey were unprofessional! Did not notify me about the damage they did, I found it on my walk around & just tried to give me some touch up paint & said sorry& try telling me no charge for the service they didThe dealer ship quoted me over in damages
