The container received from MI Box which was placed on my property was faulty not properly inspected before brought to my home to have my possessions placed in it.The actions of manager *** to ownership show a total disregard for their customersIf your business model is based on leaving your items at your home premises secured from element and shell is not checked by operations management of franchise to confirm its in good order why would I not store my items in an actual facility insteadTheir webpage make informal guarantees which are totally false.The boxes are not checked after each time it returns from field and a simple rain storm entered the rear of my box damaging family furniture which was not only of value monetarily but sentimental as wellI was advised by Manager *** at time I reported incident that they would review and make good on thisBut they delayed and delayedNow insurance company handling matter is giving me run around as *** the manager and operations are no forth right on their admissions of guilt and negligence of their professional duties as a franchiseeThey failed to check boxes to make sure they are in good standing before allowing me to place my items in there for storage.The Revdex.com should not only reflect their poor business practices on their webpage but provide proper arbitration in this matterAs I have retained an attorney to fight this battle which will make me incur legal fees.
