Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Found a hammer and stake? Not sure what that means? In reference to not getting paid We have had several companies work on our property and all have been paid what was owed I would be interested in finding out who supposedly told them this? I am sure they can not give us this info as it did not happen This is an obvious attempt to try to get out of addressing their poorly done work The gauge that they used indicated significant loss of water in the feature This is why they kept trying to plug the holes with whatever they could find The work was done poorly and the water feature has never held water While I would like to resolve this my gut is that we will need to file a law suit against this company [redacted] *** Sincerely, [redacted] ***

we Initially built the water feature in and the home owner was not happy with the look / layout of the feature, we went back a took it apart and re built it again in trying to understand what they were wanting to see and still could not get them to be happy with the final look, after
the second time of re building it there was water leaking out and so we went back in a tour it apart again and replaced upper liner and re designed the layout again trying to get it to the owners liking they still did not like it and this point we where trying to mitigate the leaking water and upon finishing the repairs we installed a flow gauge on the end of the auto fill valve and after two days and checking it both days it lost a very minimal water well within what would be loss, we puled the gauge and let it be,again in the spring of we heard from the homeowner again saying they did not like they layout and that it was leaking a considerable amount of water, when we arrived to address this issue again my guys found a stake and hammer down by the bottom pool we still again tried to address the leaking issue and left felling it was resolved, while we where working there on two different occasion once in and in me guys were told by someone else working onsite that they will never be happy and you will never get paid you are not the first ones to go through this, at this point we decided there was not going to be any resolution with this homeowner and decided to not do anymore work onsite

I am rejecting this response because: The business never reached out to me.  I had the work completed by another vendor.  This matter can be closed out because I believe there is no solution to continued poor business practices.
