Review: On Dec **, 2013 I called Dundee to request a service call because my two hot water heating zones were not working properly. A technician responded that afternoon and found that the heat transfer plate was not working. I spoke to the office the next day on Dec **, 2013 and was told that a new transfer plate was being ordered and would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. I called the office again on **, 2013 and was told the plate had not been delivered. I then called the office on the following dates; 12/**, 12/**, 12/**, 12/**, 1/**, 1/**. On each occasion I was told the supply house had not delivered the plate. On 1/**/2014 I called GEA PHE Systems in York, PA to inquire about my transfer plate, model [redacted]. I learned two things . One , in all probablity, my transfer plate was probably too small for two heating zones and that there was an authorized dealer located in Farmingdale, Long Island. I contacted this dealer, Rathe Assoc., and was informed that they had the larger plate, model [redacted]in stock and ready for delivery to any local supply house. I called Dundee and spoke to Robert and gave him this information. He told that the plate should be in his office no later than Thursday 1/**/2014. I called the office on this date and was told that they had more important calls to deal with and not to call back.Desired Settlement: I want a correctly sized transfer plate installed properly to supply adequate heat to my two hot water zones as per my warranty.

Concerning complaint ,we were contacted by [redacted] as he stated in his complaint on December **and we Dundee responded to his home that day to trouble shoot what was happening with heating zones found that heating was erratic and not working properly. Customer was told that new coil or transfer plate would be ordered. On December [redacted]I placed order for new part supplier that I ordered from did not have in stock and ordered from distributor and said would take several days, the following week was Christmas and suppliers were closed Tuesday and Wednesday I checked supplier at end of week and was told not in yet should have next week ,the following week again suppliers closed for Tuesday and Wednesday when I checked at end of week part was still not in.I do take blame for not ordering from second supplier sooner. After speaking to customer on January [redacted]I did place from different supplier. The new part was installed 1/**/2014

I also wanted to clarify a few things concerning this job, The part in question was installed 07/2012 manufacture warranties for 1 year Dundee warrantied part longer.

I spoke to customer 01/09 and It was explained by me and previously by my office that we were sorry for delay but due extreme cold weather we were severely backed up trying to help people with no heat and frozen water lines.

In regards to improper sizing the unit installed was more than sufficient to provide heating that was necessary ,I'm sorry for customer to feel frustrated on what happened but hopefully will be satisfied with new part and should explain to Revdex.com that anytime he called about any type of problem with heating system since installation we have responded to his home to correct problem within same day.
