I called Med-Pay Incin order to discuss the terms of the Flex Pay Account/ Benny card that was set up with them on my behalf through my place of employmentThe customer service person to whom I spoke was condescending and unhelpful, after she had repeated that same information a dozen times in response to my query, I asked to speak with a supervisorShe then placed me on hold for over minutes without checking back with me to ensure that the call had not disconnectedAfter so long with nothing but silence, I ended the call believing that we had become disconnectedAnother minutes went by and the supervisor finally called me backUnfortunately she did not see fit to answer my questions and took on the same condescending tone that the first representative had hadIn a fit of frustration, I finally asked her to answer a very simple yes or no question at which point she began telling me that she would be unable to help me with my claim due to IRS bylawsAs I could see that I was wasting my breath at this point, I informed her that as she decided to bring up the IRS, I would contacting my attorney regarding the matter at which point she ceased attempting to speak over me Overall, not only am I dissatisfied with the company's service, I am dissatisfied with the representatives of the corporation
