I am rejecting this response because:
I was trying to check on my case today and was not able to find anything. I reached out to the live chat help and she stated I needed to email you to have the case re-opened. The case # is *** and this has most definitely has yet to be resolved. The company does not answer not return calls. When they finally respond to a text they give me a date or service and then either show up and NOTHING gets done, they blame their boss for not having the tools they need, or they just don’t show up at all Please let me know what I need to do to re-open this case Thank you for your help
Regards,

To whom it may concern. The complaint is valid that my previous concrete guy of 13 years did agree to work with owners directly to replace concrete steps. In defense of our company the steps were within industry standards but myself was not happy with them as well as the owners. I don't agree it's...

was ignored. I did reach out to them on occasion to let them know the status. Basically the original concrete installer [redacted] had scheduled to work directly with owners. After his failed attempts to show up and take care of it I was informed by the owners. About the same time [redacted] left for what was supposed to be a 2 week visit to family out of state. He's never returned. After a couple months we realized he may not be returning. The problem is the type of steps he did are a not something anyone else I had found could do or would Be willing to try. About 6 weeks ago I found another concrete installer who felt he could do the job. I had asked him to contact owners to schedule. What I found out later was he only called once and didn't leave a message. So of course the rubios would feel abandoned. It wasn't intentional. In fact quite the opposite. But I do understand their frustration and have made it a point to connect the two again. [redacted] did go by last week and has scheduled to fix the steps ASAP. I will attach a picture of the steps if this response format will allow to let to know that the quality even though not 100 percent is not something that is horrendous but something that could use a little TLC. Which we have never said we wouldn't fix. I feel bad for the timeline but we needed someone who could do the job. Thank you.

Helllo. We replaced the steps at the Rubio's two times. She said they were happy. We met with her and her husband on separate times and both seemed to be pleased. So we went ahead and redid the stucco on the sides for them too. [redacted]([redacted]) [redacted]-[redacted]
