Dunera, Inchas been in business for many years and we strive to produce quality products at a good market priceWe have been using the same supplier for our elastic since we first opened our "doors" for business and have never had a complaint of this natureThis customer's order number *** was placed on October 14, He ordered a size large even though he was a medium and then complained that it did not fit properlyWe told him to return it and at no charge we resized it to a medium as per our return policyThis was not resized because of a defectIt was resized because the customer ordered the wrong size The original email from the customer to us was received March 5, After over months and admittedly wearing the item 20+ times he is complaining about the productThis is well beyond any acceptable exchange periodUnfortunately we have no control as to whether or not the customer has provided proper care for these garments as stated on the care labelsCare instructions are also found on our websiteWe have no idea what elements the customer has exposed these items toSwimwear is often exposed to chlorinated pools and spas for extensive amounts of time as well as tanning oils, long bouts in the sun, etc We stand by our products and if a customer receives an item with an issue we will correct the problem in a timely mannerOur return policy is very clearWe create quality products and have had countless numbers of repeat customers who have been purchasing from us over and over for many years This customer's last email to us closed with the following: "Go [redacted] YOURSELF" as well as other derogatory remarks We love our customers and have a large and loyal customer base but do not find it necessary to do business with anyone behaving in this manner
