Dunham’s Sports

Wednesday June, 24, 2020 I went to Dunham’s location in Columbus Indiana. I tried to buy a kayak and they told me my payment was declined. I went too the ATM to get cash at German American bank and the money was taken out of my account. The charges were pending so they wouldn’t give me the kayak. On Friday, June 26th 2020 the charges were no longer pending, and they also charged me and extra 56$. I went to Dunham’s with my bank statement to get my kayak and they refused to give me the product I paid for. They said they couldn’t give us the kayak because they have no receipt and cooperate couldn’t find the receipt. They said the money was being sent back to my account even tho the charges posted
