Review: I bought a car in march from prestige of Avenel.When I took the car for the very first service in june @ Mercedes benz of Nanuet. They told me there was sludge in the engineto take it back to the dealer.The very same day Itook the car back to the dealer they refuse to help me.I try to leave thecar they me they will impound my car @ my expense also they suggest I buy another carso Ileft with the car in October the car started to make some noise I took it back to Mercedes of Nanuet where they told me the engine is gone. The dealer will not help me nor the warranty co.Desired Settlement: Iwould like for them to fix the free of cost or replace it. Since Mercedes of Nanuet told me they had to be aware of the sludge in the engine

I got the car 2 weeks ago and I told them if I don't like the car

IAM going to return it the guy yelled at me like crazy I said

Listen can u please just fix the tire sensors he said it just need air

You will be fine. He put air in and nothing happen

There mcanic told me the 2 sensors are shot

And the rear tires need to be replaced he sent me to another

Shop we're not the place said I have to pay

The car elect system is messed up also and they said

It's my problem. I did not know I have to buy a car

Then go stright to pepboys to get fixed

We have spoke three time to the client and told him that we have NO problem helping him fix the tire sensor. Offered him that we will pay 50% of the part & labor as of courtesy.Tire sensor are not covered component on the warranty. At the time of the purchase there was no issues with the vehicle. ?

Review: First and foremost I would like to say that this dealer is probably the worst I have ever been too. My fiancé and I bought a car from them in april of 2015. We initially wanted a red [redacted] they had on the lot. They told us over the phone it was there ready to buy. Once we got there they told us that it had been sold the day before. We live close to an hour and a half away. We decided since we were there that we buy a 2008 black [redacted]. The initial price was listed at $13,999 online. That was a lie once we saw the paper work and they stated that the price was not valid. After staying there for nearly five hours we had questioned about a warranty to put on the vehicle. WE DID NOT SAY OK TO PUT INTO CONTRACT NOR DID WE KNOW IT WAS $3700. After being frustrated I didn't want to stay any longer and figured I would cancel the warranty a week later after the paper work has been filed. I called the dealer numerous times to cancel. Each time I called it was a different story. The finance manager isn't in or he is busy. It was every time I called. Also, after the paper work was done, the manager said that the New Jersey sales tax that I paid (1800) could not be factored into the loan. I come to find out that the sales tax can be put into the loan and that was a lie. Back to the warranty.... I then called the actual warranty company and they said my refund will be about $2300. I traded in the car in December because of other problems they lied about and was forced to cancel warranty even though I wanted it cancelled in April. Once the loan was paid off the warranty company issues a check to the dealer and then we get a Check from the dealer directly. I am still waiting and no one has helpedDesired Settlement: I would honestly like the full refund of the warranty in which I wanted cancelled in the first place and was added into the loan at $3700. The $3700 was easily added into the loan but the sales tax couldn't ? The loan was paid off right after jan 1. I receive no phone calls baxk and all emails are ignored. I want the $2300 promised from warranty company back on top of the balance from the $3700. If we don't recoeve a full refund I will have no choice then to take legal action. The entire dealer is shady and they all lie. I was told from another dealer who is way more honest that the initial finance paper work on the 2008 car had to be

Played with because banks don't like to finance older cars.

Yes check was mailed out after numerous attempts to ask for it and until we mailed certified letter and wanted to take legal action you then mailed check. You even refused to cancel the warranty back in April when we first bought car. There is a reason why you have one star for a business. There is no reason I should wait six weeks after the car was paid off for a check. And lie about the sales tax on top of it all.

Review: I purchased a 2010 e350 [redacted] with only 48,000 miles. it was advertised as a auto in perfect condition. The car was sold with a bad transmission and transfer case, it took them 1 1/2 months to get tags for car. I traded in a car and they took so long paying off the car a payment was missed and it was reported on my report. I paid $36,000 for a damaged carDesired Settlement: For company to replace car with a fully functioned working car without pulling my credit. They need to be held responsible

Every car sales with a warranty you could drop off the vehicle and the car will be fixed . The pay off concern with your trade-in dealership has 20 days to pay it off the car loan was taking car of in the timely manner!!
