Mr. Bright received Ms. [redacted]'s letter dated 5/4, and he immediately asked Rita in our customer service department to reply and to accommodate Ms. [redacted]'s request, that is, to pick up the chair and refund her money. Rita's remarks are noted in our computer system that she contacted Ms. [redacted]...

on 5/6, at 3:44PM, and left a message for Ms. [redacted] to call her, to set up an appointment to pick up her chair, per her request. Rita has not heard back from Ms. [redacted] since that message. We have been, and, are still willing to pick up the chair and refund the customer's money. Mr. Bright just called Ms. [redacted] a few minutes ago and left a message as such. There is a credit memo in our computer system that Rita created back on 5/6. The customer needs to call us to schedule the pickup. Our customer service rep has done, and, is willing to do exactly what Ms. [redacted] has asked us to do. The salesperson reports that Ms. [redacted] also considered keeping the chair and/or ordering new furniture. As she notes in her complaint, our service rep advised her that she could return all the furniture, on her first phone call to Dunk & Bright. That remains our position!
