He refused his deposit backNow he is threatening to sue us for $3,We mailed him a check for $and a gas cardWe hope [redacted] can be happy with that outcome and wish him well Communication on both parts could have been better

On January 30th [redacted] came in to sign papers and buy the car but it had been sold earlier that day. We explained to [redacted] and his wife that we were very sorry and would give him his full $200 deposit back plus an extra $100 for "good will." He refused his deposit back. Now he is threatening to sue us for $3,000. We mailed him a check for $300 and a gas card. We hope [redacted] can be happy with that outcome and wish him well.    Communication on both parts could have been better.
